PITTSBURG — The Pittsburg State University baseball team will travel to Claremore, Okla., Wednesday (Mar. 1) to face Rogers State University in a non-conference game. First pitch is set for 2 p.m. (CST) at the Diamond Sports Complex.
The Gorillas enter Wednesday's action with a 6-8 overall record. Pitt State was swept in a three-game MIAA series over the weekend against Emporia State University. The Gorillas had won six of seven games prior to the series against the Hornets.
The Hillcats are 8-5 on the season. RSU dropped three of four games in a series against Regis University last weekend.
