EDMOND, Okla. — The No. 15 University of Central Oklahoma collected its tenth conference win of the season with a straight set victory over Pittsburg State University Tuesday (Oct. 16). The Bronchos defeated the Gorillas 25-20, 25-13, 25-17.

th straight victory in the win over the Gorillas (15-10, 4-8 MIAA).
UCO hit 0.333 in the match and was led by Taylor Bevis with nine kills. Ericka School added 20 assists, while Dominique Lipari led the defense with 14 digs in the match.
Emily Regier paced the Gorillas with 11 kills, while Brianna Richard totaled 27 assists and 13 digs to lead the Pitt State defense.
Pitt State will return to action Friday (Oct. 19) when the Gorillas travel to Joplin, Mo., to take on Missouri Southern State University at 6 p.m., followed by a matchup against Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Mo on Saturday (Oct. 20) at 7 p.m.
