Gorillas Fall Twice at Alvy Early Memorial Classic Saturday


BENTONVILLE, Ark. -- The Pittsburg State University softball team dropped a pair of games in day one action at the Alvy Early Memorial Classic Saturday (Feb. 15). The Gorillas fell to Maryville University, 8-0, and the University of Southern Arkansas, 19-0.

The Gorillas (3-9) will wrap up the two-day tournament with a 10 a.m. (CST) game against the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Noon game against Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
