PITTSBURG -- Isiah Wade led four University of Central Oklahoma men's basketball players in double figures as the Bronchos claimed a 79-60 victory over Pittsburg State University Saturday (Dec. 4) at John Lance Arena/Whetzel Court.
Wade led all scorers with 18 points to pace UCO (5-2, 1-1 MIAA). The Bronchos shot 55.7 percent from the field (34-61) in the contest with Wade making nine of 12 shots. Callen Hayden added 15 points for UCO, while Camryn Givens (12) and Jaden Wells (11) also finished in double figures.
Pitt State (2-6, 1-1 MIAA) got 13 points from Iziah James and Dejon Waters Jr. added 11. Antonio Givens II finished with nine points and a team-leading six rebounds, while Tyler Hawkins also chipped in with nine points.
The Gorillas will return to action Wednesday (Dec. 8) when they travel to Claremore, Okla., to battle Rogers State University.
