TOPEKA, Kan. - The Pittsburg State University women's soccer team fell on the road Sunday (Oct. 13) against the 22-ranked Washburn Univeristy Ichabods, 3-0 at Yager Stadium in conference play to conclude the weekend.
For the Ichabods (7-2-2, 4-0-1 MIAA) this was the fourth straight 3-0 win as Khloe Schuckman, Viviana Soto-Herrera and Jadyn Allen scored goals. Pittsburg State (5-5-2, 1-3-2 MIAA) was led by
McKenna Robinson with two shots and the lone shot of goal of the game.
Jocelyn Kramar recorded six saves in 74 minutes and
Sabrina Schilt registered two saves in her 16 minutes in goal.
The Gorillas will be back in action on Friday (Oct. 18) at the Gorilla Soccer Pitch to welcome the Newman University Jets with kickoff slated for 2:00 p.m. (CDT).
