EDMOND, Okla. - The Pittsburg State University women's soccer team picked up a key 2-0 road win over the University of Central Oklahoma Bronchos on Friday (Oct. 31) at Tom Thompson Field.
For the Gorillas (12-2-2, 7-1-2 MIAA) the win gives them 23 points in the conference standings, moving them up to third.
Central Oklahoma (7-5-, 5-3-3 MIAA) with 18 points in the conference standings is now tied for fifth.

In the 78th minute,
Livi Jones scored her third goal of the season to seal the road victory. Jones picked up the ball near the halfway line and dribbled down the left side of the field before cutting in before the 18-yard box and delivering a curving shot that evaded a high diving Avery Bass.
Jocelyn Kramer picked up her ninth shutout of the season with a career-high nine saves.
