RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Senior defender Sailor Jensen and sophomore forward Carrie Cunningham were named D2CCA All-Region for the Central Region on Tuesday (Nov. 25), marking the first All-Region honorees in program history.

Jensen was named a first-team defender and Cunningham was named as a second-team forward.

In her senior season, Jensen finished with four goals from 19 shots (eight on goal) in 1671 minutes as a centerback. The Murrary, Utah, native helped lead a defensive unit that recorded 10 shutouts this season and claimed a MIAA regular season title while leading the Gorillas to their first MIAA Tournament and NCAA Division II National Tournament matches in program history.

Cunningham was named the MIAA Offensive Player of the Year after scoring five goals and providing two assists in 930 minutes, the Olathe, Kan., native ended the season with team-highs for game winning goals (3), shots (53) and shots on goal (22).
