PITTSBURG - The Pittsburg State University women's soccer team is set to begin fall camp on Monday (Aug. 10).
The Gorillas will conduct their first practice of the season at 9:00 a.m. (CT) at the Gorilla Soccer Pitch.
Third-year head coach
Wes Branstetter will feature a 27-member squad split between 19 returners and eight newcomers.

Carrie Cunningham (Offensive Player of the Year, 1
st Forward),
Abby Hoffman (1st, Midfielder),
Jocelyn Kramar (1st, Goalkeeper),
Ella Cazzavillan (2nd, Forward),
Livi Jones (2nd, Defender),
Mia Hunt (3rd, Midfielder),
Avianna Gonzalez (HM, Midfielder) and
Adelynn Phipps (HM, Defender). Branstetter claimed MIAA Coach of the Year honors last season after guiding the team to the MIAA Regular Season title in only the second year as a program.
Pittsburg State is scheduled to begin the season at home against preseason No. 9 Missouri - St. Louis on Thursday (Aug. 27) at 1:00 p.m. (CT) at the Gorilla Soccer Pitch. Last season in the opener (Sept. 4) against the Tritons, the Gorillas claimed a 2-0 win in St. Louis.
