EDMOND, Okla. - The Pittsburg State University women's golf team wrapped up the second day of the Diffee Ford Lincoln Invite on Tuesday (Mar. 3) at the Kickingbird Golf Course.
As a team, Pitt State finished in 14th (+83) with
Kylee Hopper (+17) the leading individual with a 32nd place finish.
Kymbree Larance (+19) finished 44th, followed by
Katherine Adkins (+22) in 53rd,
Genevieve Akers (+25) in 68th and
Abby Ervin (+32) in 84th.
Southwestern Oklahoma State University claimed the team title at +34 (+11/+23) as Sophia Blake from Redlands Community College claimed the individual title.
Up next for the Gorillas will be the Arkansas Collegiate in El Dorado, Ark., at the Mystic Creek Golf Course on Monday (Mar. 9) and Tuesday (Mar. 10).
