Pitt State, NSU Game Suspended in Sixth Inning Due to Weather

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- The Pittsburg State University baseball team's Friday game against Northeastern State University has been suspended in the sixth inning due to inclement weather.

The Gorillas and RiverHawks will resume the game, with Pitt State leading 8-0, at Noon Saturday (Apr. 11). The two squads will then play game three in the series following the conclusion of the suspended game.

Isaac Webb is 2-for-3 in the game with a pair of home runs and four RBI. Eric Bacon, Grant Nottlemann and Jaron Cotton all have doubles and Dagen Brewer has driven in a pair of runs.

Starter Zach Voss limited the RiverHawks to two hits over 4.0 innings of work with no walks and two strikeouts. Bradley Neill tossed a clean fifth inning in relief for the Gorillas.
