General: Second-year player… redshirted in his initial season in the Pitt State program… a promising quarterback prospect… will provide quality depth to the position this fall.

In High School: An honorable mention Kansas Class 5A All-State selection at quarterback as a senior at Pittsburg High School in 2015… passed for 1,034 yards and 12 touchdowns with just two interceptions and rushed the ball 63 times for 357 yards and six scores his senior year… helped the Purple Dragons to back-to-back SEK League titles (2014-15)… for his career, completed 97 of 187 passes for 1,743 yards and 19 TDs and rushed 137 times for 636 yards and 10 scores.

Personal: Born October 13, 1997… son of Randy and Tammy Turnbull… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.85 GPA as an exercise science major.
