Biography

General: Second-year player… a talented defensive end who gained experience for the Gorillas in 2017… coming off a solid spring camp… will look to vie for significant action this fall.

In 2017: Saw action in five games in a reserve role and on special teams… made one tackle on the season.

In Junior College: Spent one season at Independence Community College (2015) but did not use any eligibility with the Pirates.

In High School: A first-team Florida Class 5A All-District performer as a senior at Cardinal Gibbons High School in 2014… made 52 tackles with two INTs, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

Personal: Born September 19, 1996… son of Ericka Saunders… a recreation major
