General: Completed his second season in the Pitt State program in 2024-25 ... Also a member of the cross country team at PSU.

2024-25: Competed in the Indoor season ... Ran the 600y in a time of 1:12.33 at the PSU Invitational (Feb. 1) ... At the 10th Annual Russ Jewett Indoor Gorilla Classic, completed the 800m in a time of 1:51.75.

2023-24: Competed in the Indoor season ... At the Crimson & Gold Invitational, ran the 800m in a time of 1:52.23.

HS: A standout track and field along with cross country performer at Tonganoxie High School becoming the first male in Kansas state history to win the 400m, 800m, 1600m, and 3200m runs at a single state meet claiming 4A titles in each event along with being named the 4A cross county champion in 2023.

Personal: Born Feb 16, 2005 … Son of Shawna and Charlie Gilmore … A two-time MIAA Academic Honor Roll member while holding a 3.69 GPA as an exercise science major.
