2024 - Started in 24-of-27 games he appeared in as an outfielder for the Gorillas ... Named a National and MIAA Hitter of the Week (Feb. 21) ... Finished the season with a .294 average, 22 runs, 25 hits seven home runs, 29 RBI for a .553 slugging percentage while stealing eight bases in ten attempts ... Recorded 40 putouts and an assist on the season.

2023 - Named onto the All-MIAA second-team as an outfielder an NCBWA All-Central Region honorable mention outfielder and a CSC Academic All-District selection ... Appeared in 46 games for the Gorillas with 38 starts ... Finished the season with a .347 average, .688 slugging and .415 on-base percentage ... Had 60 hits in 173 at-bats, 47 runs scored, 22 doubles, two triples, 11 home runs and 47 RBIs ... In the field Coffee finished with 81 putouts and three assists.

2022 - Started eight of 25 games played … Batted .238 with seven runs scored, two doubles and five RBI.

Prior to PSU - Spent two seasons at Eastern Oklahoma Community College … Hit .336 with HRs and 20 RBIs in 2021 for the Mountaineers.

HS - An All-State performer as a senior at Bentonville High School in 2019 … Also named to the All-State Tournament squad … A two-year starter for the Tigers.
