Second-year player… a talented righthanded pitcher who will look to compete for a spot in the Gorillas starting rotation this spring… In 2017: Made three appearances with three starts... posted a 0-2 record with a 20.77 ERA in 4.1 innings of work... transferred to Pitt State from Neosho Community College… In Junior College: Earned second-team All-Jayhawk Conference East honors as a sophomore at Neosho C.C. … made 13 appearances, including 12 starts … posted a 10-1 record with a 3.14 ERA in 73.3 innings of work… helped the Panthers to 51-11 record… In High School:  The Kansas Class 4A-II Pitcher of the Year as a senior at Iola High School in 2014… also a second-team All-State selection at third base as a junior in 2013… helped the Mustangs to a 21-1 record his senior season… Personal:  Born March 10, 1996… son of Randy and Patty Latta… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll... has a 3.25 GPA as a construction management major.
