Biography

General: Third-year player… a talented running back who is primed for a breakthrough sophomore season… coming off a solid spring camp… figures to contend for significant playing time in the backfield for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2017: Saw action in 10 games in a reserve role for the Gorillas… carried the ball 18 times for 45 yards and six touchdowns on the season.

In 2016: Redshirt season.

In High School: A first-team All-Conference and first-team All-District performer as a running back as a senior at Independence’s William Chrisman High School in 2015… also a standout sprinter in track & field for the Bears.

Personal: Born May 26, 1998… son of Carneal Brown and Sarina Jackson… a physical education major.
