Biography


General: Fifth-year player… a talented cornerback who has evolved into a frontline player for the Gorillas… coming off a solid spring camp… frontrunner to assume a starting role at cornerback this fall for Pitt State.

In 2014: Saw action in 12 games, including two starts… made 11 tackles (10 solo) with four pass breakups on the season.

In 2013: Saw action in nine games, including four starts… tallied 10 tackles (seven solo) with one interception and pass breakup on the season.

In 2012: Saw action in eight games in a reserve role for the Gorillas… logged seven tackles with one forced fumble on the season.

In 2011: Redshirt season.

In High School: An Oklahoma Class 5A All-State performer at wide receiver as a senior at Tulsa’s East Central High in 2010… caught 43 passes for 898 yards (19.5 ypc) and 15 touchdowns… helped the Cardinals to a 10-2 record and a state playoff berth his senior season.

Personal: Born June 30, 1993… son of D’Nassio Williams and Victoria Teague… a four-year member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… graduated in May with a bachelor's degree and a 3.21 GPA as a psychology major… currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling.
