Biography

General: Third-year player… a hard-working linebacker who continues to improve with experience… will look to battle for playing time for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2015-16: Did not see any action on the field in 2016, after redshirting in his initial season in the Pitt State program (2015).

In High School: A two-time honorable mention Kansas Class 5A All-State performer at Valley Center High School (2013-14)… earned All-State honors at linebacker as a junior in 2013, before claiming All-State recognition at quarterback his senior season.

Personal: Born September 13, 1996… son of Brian Scheer and Anne Cheney… a two-year member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.50 GPA as a construction management major.
