Biography

General: Enters his third season in the Pitt State program in 2026 ... A young defensive lineman who will fight for reps this fall.

2025: Appeared in 11 games for the Gorillas on the defensive line ... Finished the season with 18 tackles (seven solo), 4.0 tackles-for-loss, 3.5 sacks, two quarterback hurries and one fumble recovery ... Against Fort Hays State (Sept. 20) finished with a season-high four tackles (three solo) and 1.5 sacks.

2024: In two games, he recorded 3.0 sacks, 2.0 against Fort Hays State (Oct. 19) and a sack that went for a safety at Northwest Missouri (Nov. 16).

HS: A three-time first-team All-Conference and first-team Missouri Class 6A All-District performer at Rock Bridge High School (2021-23) ... Helped the Bruins to a 9-2 record and a district title his senior season ... Made 319 career tackles, 43 tackles-for-loss, 18.0 quarterback sacks, 11 forced fumbles and five interceptions.

Personal: Born November 19, 2005 ... Son of Daren and Kera Morton ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll twice with a 3.95 cumulative GPA following the conclusion of the 2025-26 school year as an electronics engineering technology major.
