Biography

General: Fifth-year player… a promising wide receiver prospect who continues to improve with experience… will look to compete for playing time for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2014-17: Saw limited action the past three seasons (2015-17), after redshirting in his initial year in the Pitt State program (2014).

In High School: A stand-out performer at Lee’s Summit West High School… helped the Titans to a 13-1 record and the Missouri Class 5A state title his senior season.

Personal: Born February 11, 1996… son of Mark and Johnna Handel… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll in 2015… a management major.
