Biography

General: First-year player… transferred to Pitt State in January from Kilgore College… a talented cornerback who will look to make an immediate impact for the Gorillas.

In Junior College: Redshirted at Kilgore College.

In High School: A Texas All-State performer at Grace Prep as a senior in 2011… recorded six interceptions and 17 PBUs on defense for the Lions… also compiled 1,008 yards as a wide receiver that year.

Personal: Born December 7, 1993… son of Brian and Kiesha Franks… a biology (pre-physical therapy) major.
