General: First-year player… transferred to Pitt State in August from NAIA member University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kan. … a promising safety prospect who will likely redshirt in his first year with the Gorillas.

At USM: Spent two seasons at Saint Mary… an honorable mention All-Conference selection as a redshirt freshman in 2016.

In High School: A stand-out prep performer at Bishop Ward High School… a four-year starter for the Cyclones.

Personal: Born June 3, 1997… son of Paul Paulakovich and Eugenia Winkelbauer… a political science major.
