Biography

General: Third-year player… made the move to tight end from defensive end during spring drills… a promising prospect who will look to battle for playing time for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2016-17: Did not see any action on the field in 2017 after redshirting in his initial season in the program (2016).

In High School: A Kansas Class 2A All-State selection as an offensive lineman as a senior at Salina’s Sacred Heart High School in 2015… a three-year starter for the Knights… also the 2015 Kansas Class 2A state champion in the javelin in track & field.

Personal: Born September 16, 1997… son of Jeff Nuss and Michelle Toogood… a construction management major.
