General: Second-year player… redshirted in his first season in the Pitt State program… made the most of his redshirt season… coming off a solid spring camp… figures to compete for playing time for the Gorillas this fall.

In High School: A second-team All-County performer at wide receiver as a senior at Fort Lauderdale’s Boyd H. Anderson High School in 2015… scored 11 touchdowns his senior season, helping the Cobras to a 9-1 record.

Personal: Born December 23, 1997… son of Shakita Burns… a physical education major.
