Competed at the Central Region Championships (Nov. 9) in Joplin, Mo., finishing the 10k course with a time of 31:40.2 ... Finished 26th at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 26) in St. Joseph, Mo., in a time of 24:44.3 from the 8k course.
2023: Ran a personal-best time of 25:52.7 at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 20) on the 8k course in Columbia, Mo., finishing 37th at the meet ...
