2024: At the MIAA Championships (Oct. 26) in St. Joseph, Mo., ran the 6k course in a time of 22:51.1 to finish 32nd ... Ran the 6k course at the NCAA Division II Central Region Championships (Nov. 9) in Joplin, Mo., at a season-best time of 22:03.0 to finish 40th.

Personal: Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll with a 3.83 GPA as an interior design major.
