PITTSBURG - The Pittsburg State University men's golf team is set to resume the season after two idle weeks with The Hrnciar Invite at The Territory CC in Duncan, Okla.

The Gorillas and 11 other schools will be competing beginning on Monday (Oct. 6), Pitt State will begin the tournament on holes 6-10. Individuals competing are Mason White, Tyler Hardtarfer, Keaton Thissen, Nick Van Wyngarden and David Hobart.

Last time out, Pittsburg State finished tied for third as a team at the NSU Classic at Page Belcher GC in Tulsa, Okla., Sept. 15-16. White finished 11th to lead the team with a -6 two-day total. Hardtarfer and Van Wyngarden (+1) rounded out the top-three scoring individuals as they finished tied for 30th among the 109 competitors.
