AZUSA, Calif. -- Pittsburg State University distance stars
Paige Mullen and
Matthew Oglesby set schools records in their respective 10,000 meters races at the 2025 Bryan Clay Invitational.
Oglesby shattered his own school record with his fast time of 29 minutes 5.65 seconds while securing an NCAA Division II qualifying mark in the discipline. He broke his previous personal best and school record effort of 29:37.17 from 2023 by more than a half-minute.
Mullen was clocked in 34:22.37 in the women's 10,000 meters. She eclipsed the 10-year-old Pitt State record held by Jessica Macy (34:25.51) from 2015.
Hannah Gibson also registered a personal best in the 10k with a time of 34:33.04. Her time ranks third all-time in Pitt State history. Mullen and Gibson are ranked No. 8 and No. 12 in Division II this season.
Marissa Dick also logged the second fastest time in school history in the women's 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invite. She was clocked in an NCAA qualifying time of 10:42.82.
