JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- The Pittsburg State University men's golf team finished the 2025 MIAA Championships in 10th place overall Wednesday (Apr. 23).
The Gorillas posted an 897 team score after firing rounds of 291, 301 and 300 at the Jefferson City Country Club Tuesday and Wednesday. The University of Central Oklahoma claimed the conference crown with a low score of 857, edging second place University of Central Missouri by four strokes.
Pitt State's
Carson Towey and
Mason White finished the 54-hole competition in a tie for 29th place among individuals with 223 scores. Towey fired a final round 78 Tuesday, while White posted a round of 73 to wrap up the meet.
