EL DORADO, Ark. - The Pittsburg State University men's golf team completed the second day of the Arkansas Collegiate on Tuesday (Mar. 24) at the Mystic Creek Golf Course.
As a team, the Gorillas finished sixth at +92. Individually, Pitt State was led by
Jack Randall at +19 (15th),
Tyler Hardtarfer at +21 (19th),
Mason White at +27 (36th),
Keaton Thissen at +30 (49th) and
David Hobart at +32 (58th).
Harding claimed the team title at +35, a 32 stroke lead over Southern Arkansas. Dennis Staykov from Harding claimed the individual title at E (-2/+1/+1).
Up next for Pittsburg State will be the Tommy Riggs Collegiate Invitational (Mar. 30-31) at Crestwood Country Club. This tournament will be the last MIAA points event of the season and be the final tune up before partaking in the MIAA Championship (Apr. 12-15) at the Jefferson City Country Club in Jefferson City, Mo.
