HUDSON, Wis. - The Pittsbug State University women's golf team finished the first day of the Makato/CSP Fall Brawl on Monday (Sept. 14) at the Troy Burne Country Club in fourth as a team.

As a team the Gorillas finished the opening 18 holes of action at +41. Abby Ervin leads the team at +7 (T-5th), with Kymbree Larance at +8 (T-10th), Charlotte Kerbs and Elise Eckert at +13 (T-33rd) and Mary Bina finishing at +22 (T-61st) to round out the competitors for Pittsburg State.

The University of Wisconsin - Stout and St. Catherine are tied for the team lead at +35, as Addi Wood from Concordia St. Paul and Molly Goc from Wayne State (Neb.) (+5) are tied for the individual lead going into the final day of competition.

Pittsburg State will end the tournament on Tuesday (Sept. 15).
