PITTSBURG — The Pittsburg State University softball team will host Newman University in a non-conference doubleheader Wednesday (Apr. 13) at the PSU Softball Complex. First pitch is set for 4 p.m. (CDT).

The Gorillas enter Wednesday's action with a 33-14 overall record. Pitt State is seeking to snap a four-game losing streak when the Gorillas host the Jets in the final regular season home action of the season.

Newman bring a 14-31 overall record into Wednesday's action. The Jets have dropped three straight games.
