PITTSBURG — The Pittsburg State University softball team will open its 2020 campaign Sunday and Monday (Feb. 21-22) at the University of Central Oklahoma Festival. The two-day tournament was originally scheduled to start Friday (Feb. 19) but inclement weather pushed the action back two days.

Pitt State will take on Chadron State College at 10 a.m. Sunday at Bethany, Okla., on the campus of Southern Nazarene University. The Gorillas will then face Southern Nazarene at 12:30 p.m.

On Monday, Pitt State will face East Central University at 12:30 p.m. at Oklahoma City on the campus of Oklahoma Christian University. The Gorillas will close out the tournament with a 5:30 p.m. match-up that day against OCU.
