PITTSBURG – The Pittsburg State University volleyball team completed its season sweep of Emporia State Saturday. The Gorillas took down the Lady Hornets in strait sets, 3-0.

The Gorillas started off with a 25-16 win in set one. The Gorillas wouldn't slow down for set two taking it 25-16. The Gorillas would finish the game with a set three victory, 25-19. The win moves the Gorillas to 5-9 on the season and 3-5 in the MIAA South Division. 

Pitt State will await its seeding in the MIAA Tournment set to be released later Saturday (Apr. 10) evening.
