BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - The Pittsburg State University women's golf team wrapped up the fall semester at the Tulsa Cup on Tuesday (Oct. 28) with a 10th place finish at the Forest Ridge GC.

Genevieve Akers (+17, T-35th) notched her best finish of the semester and was the top individual for the Gorillas. Katherine Adkins (+23, 50th) also finished with a semester-best finish, Abby Ervin (+28, T- 59th), Kymbree Larance (+29, T- 61st), Charlotte Kerbs (+30, 63rd) and Madison Durr (+65, 98th) comprised of the team competing for Pittsburg State.

Arkansas Tech claimed the team title (+19) with Ellen Spigner (-1) for ATU, representing the only individual to finish below par.

Up next for the Gorillas will be The Southern Invite hosted by the University of Central Oklahoma (Feb. 16-17) at the Cypresswood GC in Spring, Texas.
