KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Sophomore Kylee Hopper was announced on Monday (Apr. 20) as an All-MIAA performer, becoming the first Gorilla to earn such honors in the team history.

Hopper for the season in five tournaments recorded four top 40 finishes and had an average round score of 79.2. Had the best finish of the season last time out at the UAFS Invite (Mar. 23-24) at the Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers, Ark., finishing in 21st at +27 over three rounds. Posted back-to-back +17 performances in two rounds of action at the Diffee Ford Lincoln Invite (Mar. 2-3) and the Arkansas Collegiate (Mar. 9-10).

In the first year as a team, Pittsburg State is currently competing at the MIAA Championships (Apr. 20-22) up in Warrensburg, Mo., at the Mules National Golf Course.
