PITTSBURG - The Pittsburg State University men's golf team is set to begin the NSU Classic on Monday (Sept. 15) at the Page Belcher GC in Tulsa, Okla.

The Gorillas last week were in Pierson, Mich. at the Pilgrim's Run Invite, with Tyler Hardtarfer finishing tied for seventh for his first career top ten finish. Cooper Forth, Mason White and Owen Buerke were the other members of the squad that rounded out the top four scoring individuals in Michigan.

This week, Pitt State will begin the NSU Classic at 8:30 a.m. (CT) from holes 10-12. Hardtarfer will be joined by David Hobart, White, Nick Van Wyngarden and Keaton Thissen as the five man team competing.
