SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The Pittsburg State University men's golf team completed its first tournament of the spring semester at The Dominion Country Club on Tuesday (Feb. 17).
The Gorillas as a team finished 10th with
Keaton Thissen the top individual at +8 for the tournament to finish 27th.
Tyler Hardtarfer (+9) and
Jack Randall tied for 36th,
Mason White finished +11 to be 47th and
Bradin Stahl (+31) completed the two-day tournament in 85th.
Midwestern State picked up the team title at E (-8/E+8) over two-days with the top-three individuals ranking second, third and fourth among the individual ranks. Northeastern State's Nathan Biais claimed the individual crown at -4.
Up next for the Gorillas will be the Shadow Valley Invite in Rogers, Ark., beginning on Monday (Mar. 2) at the Shadow Valley Golf Course.
