PITTSBURG - The Pittsburg State University women's golf team is set to compete for the MIAA Championship beginning on Monday (Apr. 20) at the Mules National Golf Course in Warrensburg, Mo.
For the Gorillas, the team will consist of
Kylee Hopper,
Kymbree Larance,
Abby Ervin,
Katherine Adkins and
Charlotte Kerbs.
This season, Hopper has a 79.2 average round score in five tournaments with four top 40 finishes. Larance, has played in all 10 tournaments for Pitt State and is recording on average an 81.8 round score and finished in the top 50 in four tournaments. Ervin in 10 tournaments has an average round score of 83.4 with one top 30 finish. Adkins, in eight tournaments is averaging an 84.2 round score and has placed in the top 50 once this season. Kerbs in eight tournaments has an average round score of 85.6 with one top 50 finish this season.
Pittsburg State will be one of 13 schools competing in Warrensburg for the MIAA crown (Apr. 20-22), with competitors set to begin each day at 8:30 a.m. (CDT).
