Biography

General: Second-year player… a promising prospect at linebacker for the Gorillas… will look to battle for playing time this fall.

In 2015: Did not see any action for the Gorillas.

In Junior College: Competed at Coffeyville Community College… made 120 tackles with 14.0 tackles-for-loss for the Red Ravens in 2012.

In High School: An honorable mention Kansas Class 5A All-State performer at Kansas City’s Turner High School as a senior in 2010… a two-time first-team All-Kaw Valley performer… posted 216 combined tackles his final two prep years.

Personal: Born February 22, 1993… son of LaRon Mitchell, Sr., and Sherry Robertson… a physical education major.
