General: Second-year player… redshirted in his initial season in the Pitt State program… a promising defensive end prospect… will provide quality depth to the position this fall.

In 2015: Redshirt season.

In High School: n Oklahoma Class 5A All-State performer as a senior at Lawton MacArthur High School in 2014… made 106 tackles with 11.5 quarterback sacks… helped the Highlanders to a 13-1 record and the Class 5A state title.

Personal: Born February 18, 1996… son of Clifford Cherry and Suzanne Cherry… a nursing major.
