General: Third-year player… a talented offensive line prospect… has continued to improve with experience… expected to contend for playing time at tackle for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2011-12: Saw action in two games in a reserve role in 2012 after redshirting in his initial season in the Pitt State program (2011).

In High School: A two-time All-Conference performer at Oologah-Talaha High (2009-10)… also an All-District performer for the Mustangs… a two-year starter at offensive tackle… also a four-year starter in basketball for the Mustangs.

Personal: Born August 20, 1992… son of Fred and Carrie Taylor… a justice studies major.
