Pittsburg State Gorillas

General: Fourth-year player… a talented wide receiver who is primed for a big junior campaign… expected to play a key role in the Gorillas’ offensive attack once again this fall.

In 2012: Played in nine games, including three starts… recorded 18 catches for 311 yards (17.3 ypc) and two touchdowns… set career highs with nine catches for 144 yards vs. Central Missouri (Oct. 6)… carried the ball five times for 76 yards (15.2 ypc) and one TD on the year… had two carries for 58 yards and a TD vs. Missouri Southern (Nov. 10).

In 2011: Started two of 11 games played… missed three games due to injury… caught seven passes for 92 yards (13.1 ypc) on the year… also carried the ball five times for 58 yards (11.6 ypc).

In 2010: Redshirt season.

At ESU: Redshirted in his only season at Emporia State (2009).

In High School: A first-team Kansas Class 5A All-State selection as a senior at Blue Valley High School in 2008… also a first-team All-Eastern Kansas League pick… also named to the All-Metro squad… had 89 career receptions for 1,440 yards and 15 touchdowns.

Personal: Born April 26, 1991… son of Steve and Tracy Rampy… a physical education major.
