General: Second-year player… a promising prospect in the secondary… a hard working player who will look to challenge for playing time for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2012: Redshirt season.

In High School: A first-team All-Conference performer as a senior at Bentonville High in 2011… helped the Tigers to the Arkansas Class 7A state runner-up finish his senior year… made 86 tackles with 12.0 quarterback sacks… helped BHS to the Class 7A state title as a junior in 2010.

Personal: Born October 2, 1993… son of Christopher and Bernette Santiago… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.09 GPA as a communication major.
