2012 Biography

General:  Third-year player… a talented defensive lineman… made the move from defensive end to defensive tackle during spring drills… adjusted well to the move to the interior line… will look to battle for a starting role for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2011: Saw action in 13 games in a reserve role for the Gorillas… made 10 tackles (four solo) with 1.5 quarterback sacks on the season.

In 2010: Saw action in 11 games for Pitt State … recorded five tackles with 1.0 TFL.
In Junior College: Redshirted in his only season at Hutchinson Community College (2009).

In High School: A New Jersey All-State performer as a senior at East Orange Campus High School in 2006… also an All-County selection for the Jaguars… an accomplished shot putter in track & field during his prep years.

Personal: Born December 26, 1988… son of Celaine Grissom… a justice studies major.
