General: Third-year player... a veteran player who is primed for a breakout junior season... expected to contend for a starting role at cornerback for the Gorillas this fall... will wear jersey #3 this season after wearing #5 the past three years.

In 2010: Started all twelve games for the Gorillas… recorded 41 tackles (23 solo), 1.5 TFL, five PBUs, one forced fumbled, and one interception.

In 2009:  Saw action in eight games... recorded five tackles and three pass breakups on the year.

In 2008:  Saw action in five games in a reserve role... logged five tackles on the year.

In High School: A first-team Texas Class 5A All-District performer as a senior at Cedar Hill High School in 2007... helped the Longhorns to an 8-4 record last fall... helped CHHS to an unblemished 16-0 record and the Class 5A state title as a junior in 2006.

Personal: Born December 7, 1989 ... son of Emmanuel and Mary Olabode ... a physical education major.
