Pittsburg State University Athletics

General:  Second-year player … a talented defensive tackle who is primed for a big senior season … expected to contend for a starting role for the Gorillas again this fall.

In 2010: Started all 12 games for the Gorillas … recorded 34 tackles (9 solo), 3.0 QB sacks and 5.5 TFLs … made a season-high eight tackles vs. Washburn (Oct. 16) … recorded 2.0 QB sacks vs. Fort Hays State (Oct. 23).

At LTU:  Redshirted in his only season at Louisiana Tech (2009) … transferred to LTU after two seasons at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College … signed with the University of Kansas out of high school.

In High School:  An Oklahoma All-District performer as a senior at Moore High School in 2005 … also an All-City selection for the Lions … a three-year starter during his prep days.

Personal:  Born August 23, 1987 … son of John and Mary White … a sociology major.
