In High School: A first-team Missouri Class 5A All-State performer in basketball at Lee's Summit North High School as a senior in 2006 … averaged 19.3 points and 11.4 rebounds per game, helping North to three straight league titles … also a first-team All-Big Seven Conference selection as a tight end as a senior in 2005.
