General: Fifth-year player… a promising prospect as a defensive lineman … a hard worker who continues to improve with experience … will provide quality depth to the Gorillas interior line again this fall.

In 2007-10: Saw limited action in each of the past three seasons (2008-10) after redshirting in his initial season in the Pitt State program (2007).

In High School: A first-team All-League performer as a senior at Northern Heights High School in 2006 … a four-year starter for the Wildcats … also competed in basketball and track & field.

Personal: Born September 26, 1988 … son of Danny and Cindy Jackson … a three-year member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll … has a 3.54 GPA as a construction management major.
