In 2010: Saw action in all 12 games in a reserve role for Pitt State … recorded 24 tackles (10 solo), 4.0 TFLs, 1.0 QB sack and one interception … made a season-high four tackles vs. Nebraska-Omaha (Oct. 30).

In High School: A first-team Kansas Class 4A All-State selection as a quarterback/defensive back as a senior at Topeka's Hayden High School in 2006 … also a first-team All-City and first-team All-League performer for the Wildcats … helped HHS compile a 42-2 record his final three seasons, including a 14-0 mark and the 4A state title as sophomore in 2004.
